What to remember
The Bible says that God sent his son, that Jesus established his might over sin, and that he can do more than we can even ask or think in us.
He did it for the people that he loved, and he even prayed beautiful prayers, calling on the saving power of God for the people who did not love him.

The story behind the idea

People who usually are kind find themselves behaving with extreme wrath even and often against the people that they supposedly love more than anyone else in the world. They know they shouldn't be yelling or fighting or fleeing, but in that moment, they demonstrate no ability to stop what is happening. There are many other spirits that can overwhelm us.

What stands out

If you know what any of that is like, I should say that something good that people often do is go to church. They say, hey, I or my son or spouse or parent, we need to get with God's people. We need to sit down with the preacher or the elders or start some regular Bible studies.

Why it matters

Because this answer applies directly to you today, or into the life of someone you love who is desperate for help. In Mark's account, Jesus said, These kind do not come out without prayer.

A faithful way forward

Jesus did this with the people that he loved as an example to them. He did it for the people that he loved, and he even prayed beautiful prayers, calling on the saving power of God for the people who did not love him. By the way, there were ten things I just told you, and they make up the perfect prayer plan. Jesus' prayer plan was amazing, and it kept him with God at all times.

Put it into practice

The Bible didn't go on to say that somehow I found the power to change. The Bible says that God sent his son, that Jesus established his might over sin, and that he can do more than we can even ask or think in us.
